Sinopse

An excellent insight to the troubled past to policing in the north of Ireland and modern attempts to create a new police service to serve all of the community there. Linked to Dr Byrne's 2006 PHd dissertation, 'A new Beginning', the work provides a unique insight into the reform of policing in this troubled part of the United Kingdom. A must read for students of the Patten Commission
