C.S. Lewis at the breakfast table, and other reminiscences

Sinopse

C.S. Lewis, author of more than forty books and subject of many others, is acknowledged as one of the towering intellectual figures of this century -- yet the man himself remains somehow elusive, remote even to his admirers. Now, In C.S. Lewis at the Breakfast Table, James Como brings together the reminiscences and impressions of twenty-two people who knew Lewis personally -- as friend, colleague, teacher, employer. The result is the most intimate look yet at the complex man behind the glowing reviews and academic accolades. - Back cover.
