Sinopse
Henri-Marie Boudon (1624 - 1702) was born in France after his mother prayed for a child after 15 years of a childless marriage. Soon after his christening his mother dedicated the child to Mary, Queen of Angels and invoked her protection of him. At the age of eleven Henri-Marie was sent to attend a Jesuit college. He was ordained in 1655 and as an Archdeacon and would later become an Abbott. He was an important figure in the French school of spirituality. The main premise in his writings was that finding God requires detachment from all worldly things.
