Emily's Wish

Sinopse

Desperately fending off the advances of her late employer's nephew, Miss Emily Pearce fears she may have killed the man and flees into the night. Stumbling across the grounds of Honeywell House, she looks into the old wishing well—and is stunned to see the face of a handsome gentleman reflected back. No ghostly vision, it is Honeywell House's summer tenant, celebrated author Sir Terrence O'Reilly, who catches her as she faints into his arms! Drawn to this captivating beauty and her mystery, he offers her a position as his secretary. But as their passion blossoms, so does a merry chase of wits and wild hearts. For despite the unexpected arrival of his former fiancée, Sir Terrence's only desire is to convince Emily she is the true heroine of the greatest love story of all—their own.
