Sinopse

This volume covers semiotics and discourse analysis, deconstruction, feminism, queer theory, and postmodernism. Individual chapters focus on each of the following theorists: Lacan, Althusser, Barthes, Derrida, Levinas, Kristeva, Irigaray, Cixous, Foucault, Lyotard, Deleuze and Guattari, Baudrillard, Bourdieu, Habermas, Jameson, and Said.
