Sinopse

"This biography is about ATR (officially A Territory Resource Foundation), a ... "progressive charitable foundation" that has changed its name to Social Justice Fund Northwest and now has over 600 members in five states in the northwest part of the United States. ATR pioneered a kind of philanthropy that is effective, socially responsible, responsive, and emotionally satisfying to both the donors of dollars and to those who know how to put those dollars to good use." from the foreword.
