Sinopse

Explores the complex psychological dynamic that drove this tempestuous man: a Russian Jewish intellectural, trained as a sociologist, at home with street gangs and delinquents, a devout husband, a man committed to the goals of social justice, a profane, secular activist whose closest working relationships were often with Catholic and Protestant clergy.
